You can do any (or all) of the challenges between September 13th and September 26th. We designed this challenge to help you rest, relax, and have fun. We want to help you find the balance you've been looking for!

As you complete your challenges, be sure to post on social media, tag us, and use #thriveproject so we can celebrate with you! (This also helps us track your points and send you swag!)

Record Your Results & Claim Your Swag!
Track your completed challenges on the form below! (It will be open starting September 13th.) You can do this however you like - daily, weekly, or all at the end! (Just be sure to use the same email each time!) The form will automatically tally your score and at the end of the challenge, you'll receive easy instructions to claim your swag!

15 Points = A Custom Thrive T-Shirt from UYB
30 Points = A Custom Thrive T-Shirt + 1 Bonus Item (your choice!)
50 Points = A Custom Thrive T-Shirt + 2 Bonus Items of your choice
70 Points (all the challenges!) = A Custom Thrive T-Shirt + 3 Bonus Items of your choice
