Morning Session: Financial Dashboarding: The good, bad, and ugly for growth firms. Explore the essential topics that lead to effective financial dashboards for growth firms. We will also analyze several examples of financial dashboards and rate each one good, bad, or ugly.

Afternoon Session: Sales & Marketing Metrics: Do you have the right mix of leading and lag metrics to have a successful firm. A successful firm is all about managing the numbers but if you don’t have the right mix of numbers to manage success might not be attainable for your firm.

Morning Session: Data Mining Made Simple. Having a strategic approach for capturing and gathering the right set of data is by far a key to developing and maintaining successful financial dashboards. This will be a hands-on session where we explore your data and develop practical easy-to-use processes for collecting and accessing your data.

Afternoon Session: Finding Answers with Your Financial Dashboard: Having a financial dashboard is great, but mastering the art of using the dashboard to make decisions is even better. This session will be all about refining your financial dashboard so it can give you the answers that you need most.

A NOTE FROM KRISTEN
I used to be scared of my numbers - and my CPA/bookkeeper who used to delight in seeing me cry every time I came in.
It's true.
I was always good at math in school, so it wasn't a numbers issue. It's just that I didn't really understand how to read the P&L and the Balance Sheet to know what was going on in my business. I didn't understand how drastic the numbers would change throughout the month. No one had told me that there was an easy way to ask for the key info I needed to make decisions.
But I knew that if I was going to run a $1M+ business, I needed to figure this out.
