  • Morning Session:  We are going to give you the tools and help you build out your entire Financial Systems Manual in less than 3 hours! From Money IN to Money OUT, we will help you document and streamline your processes.
  • Afternoon Session:  Compensation and strategic bonus planning is a big factor of a profitable and successful firm is about retaining great team members and a huge part of that is compensation and aligning their incentives with the strategic success of the firm so we will discuss this topic and best practices for how your firm can create a better approach in this area plus introduce you to a tool that can help you become more aware and strategic about this process (Employee ROI Calculator)
 
Day 2: Friday, November 11, 2022:
  • Morning Session:  Bookkeeping changes as you grow. We will break down what your bookkeepers should be doing at each stage of growth and what you need to do to Uplevel Your Financial Team. We will also help you plan your staffing growth and identify where your workflows and workloads will create an objective basis
  • Afternoon Session: We will be helping you understand the data you need and show you how to take your Reports and Data and analyze it, so you are in control of your numbers. Finally, we will be helping you craft a Financial Dashboard so your information is at your fingertips!

I used to be scared of my numbers - and my CPA/bookkeeper who used to delight in seeing me cry every time I came in.

It's true.

I was always good at math in school, so it wasn't a numbers issue. It's just that I didn't really understand how to read the P&L and the Balance Sheet to know what was going on in my business. I didn't understand how drastic the numbers would change throughout the month. No one had told me that there was an easy way to ask for the key info I needed to make decisions.
