8-9:30 AM Habits and goals for the coming year. What has worked, what hasn't, and which new habits do you want to create in 2023? Then, we'll dig into the art and logistics of delegation and creating an action plan to hire effectively and strategically.
9:30 - 9:45 AM Break
9:45- 11:00 AM Delegation, Planning, and Productivity. In this session, we'll discuss both the HOW and the WHY behind delegation. We'll also dig into the details behind how to create a calendar that works for YOU so you can reduce distractions and optimize each hour of your day! (These lessons aren't just for the Owner - they will help your entire team become more productive with less stress!)
11- 12 Networking Lunch
12:00 - 2:00 PM We'll guide you through creating a customized hiring action plan that will help you know who to hire and when. We'll also equip you to build a strong infrastructure for your hiring systems so the process is streamlined, effective, and productive!
2:00 - 2:15 PM Break
2:30- 5:00 PM Creating your Marketing Calendar! In this session we will guide you through creating your Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly Marketing Calendars. (The process isn't as intimidating as it might seem!) Research and effective calendaring are the foundation of strong marketing - we'll be sharing the proven tips, strategies, and resources that will help you streamline your marketing activities, gain a stronger ROI, and quickly determine what to outsource or delegate!

Jaclyn DuBois-Zolnik is the COO and Systems Coach at Upleveling Your Business. Jaclyn is passionate about systems! She enjoys working with business owners and their teams to find a better way. Empowering individuals to create in their vision for accountability. Creating systems which guide team members to be focused, productive and successful.
Jaclyn loves to help business owners and their teams implement systems that equip businesses to build alignment, clarity, and communication of expectations. These systems allow businesses to be able to service more people through their purpose.
She has over 25 years of experience working within law firms from roles as a Paralegal to Firm Administrator and has been integral in growing companies exponentially.
Lisa Ritacco is the Systems/Implementation Coach and Client Happiness Coordinator at Upleveling Your Business. Lisa is an attorney, having operated her own law practice for over 12 years before pivoting her career to coaching. Through personal experience, she knows what it takes to grow and scale a law practice while not breaking your life! She thrives helping business owners achieve the freedom and fulfilment that comes when their well-staffed, profitable business is running smoothly.
